The Problems with HTML

One major problem with html is that the code is hard to teach.  There are different number and letter combinations to mean any number of things for designing a web page.  Most people do not have the time or resources to learn this complicated "web language" or the money to spend on a professional web page designer.  Html has cut itself off from the ever-growing technology age by limiting itself to only those that rigorously study the program and learn to use it proficiently.  Most people would rather use a shortcut program, such as WYSIWYG, to design their web page.  Html is too complicated for the world of people that simply want to be put on the web without having to make the web their life.  The shortcut programs has made website design more accessible and fun for those interested in technology and for those that have trouble with technology.
