Biggest Legal Concern

My biggest legal concern being a teacher is problems with the union.  I wouldn't know what to do in the case of a teacher strike.  I wouldn't want to have to not teach my students, but risking losing good relationships with other teachers is not smart either.  There would be a big conflict in my mind and in the face of a decision I'm not sure what I would do.
